I am known for re-doing my nails multiple times a week. Mainly because I chip them, break them, or pick the nail polish off (weird, I know). But, another reason is because they can really add something to an outfit, even if it is very simple. Here is a quick demonstration of how I did my nails today :)
Polish:
Sally Hanson Xtreme Wear in Wet Cement
&
F21's Love and Beauty (unknown name)
Start with clean nails and apply 2 coats of the light gray polish.
Let it dry.
Using tape (I used masking tape), apply diagonally on top of your nail. Make sure that it your gray nail polish is dry before you do this step.
Apply 2 coats of the second, darker polish. Let the polish dry and remove the tape. Finally, apply a top coat and let it dry.

I peel my nail polish too! If it's on for too long, it's as if I HAVE to chip it away. I never thought to use tape! I try to steady my hands... which never works in my favor! Great color pairing as well! xo, Megs
