D.I.Y. Work-Out Shirt

Guaranteed you have plenty of t-shirts that you never wear... so why not make them into work-out shirts!?

Materials:
Scissors
T-shirt

Start by laying the shirt flat and drawing a faint pencil line where you want to cut the sleeves. Cut along the line and fold the shirt in half to make sure the cut is even on both sides.

Start cutting just around the neckline then put on the shirt. From here, take a pen/pencil to mark how low you want your shirt to come down in the front. After taking off the shirt, cut a U shape of your choice.

*After any cut - tug on the shirt to help the edges curl under for a more clean look.

With the two straps in the back, you can either teave it as a thick razorback tank or you can do what I did above. In order to pull the straps together without sewing you will need to take strips of what you have already cut off and wrap them around the two straps of the tank, tying knots every once and a while to make it secure.

The end!
Let me know what you think and if you have any other ideas for re-creating a t-shirt!
