DIY Studded Toms

Ever since I got these studs, I stud everything. 

So, why not jazz up your old shoes? You sure don't see studs on shoes every day, but I promise its easy!

All you need is:

Shoes

Studs

I decided to use these old black canvas toms  because they were a little too plain-Jane for me.

As far as size of studs, color, or shape - it really doesn't matter, its all up to you!

I would go with Etsy or Ebay to purchase these. 

Next, you need to figure out where you want to place your studs. I decided to stud the outside corner near the sewn line on the back of the shoe. 

In order to apply the studs, simply push them through the fabric and push the prongs down to keep them secure in place.  Repeat this until you finish the pattern!

And there you go!
